Introduction:
This intelligent box type high-temperature furnace is a new generation of integrated muffle furnace with intelligence, high-efficiency and energy saving, which is developed by our company independently and mainly used to heating and program control in slow ashing, fast ashing, caking index, volatiles and other test items for quality analysis of coal.
It has the characteristics of high accuracy in measurement control, high efficiency (energy-saving), reliable performance, convenient operation and high degree of automation and widely applied in the divisions of coal, coking, power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering and scientific research.

Advantage:
This apparatus adopts ARM9 processor as the control core with the ability to support large-scale 9-stage stream line engineering and uses 3.5 inches LCD touch screen as the display and the operation platform, which is not only compatible with traditional controller, but also compensates the shortages on performance and operation of the traditional controller and strengthens the function of computer aided processing.
The advantages of the machine are as follows:
Compatible with functions of common controller. In case of volatile test, the result of recovering to 900±10ºC in 3 minutes is excellent and the validity of recovery temperature and the accuracy of the test results is the most distinctive feature on the temperature control effect of the product.
Supporting windows operating system with peripheral components, such as mouse, printer, network port, USB interface, mike and sound system etc. The filling, modifying, deleting, saving, copying, starting and stopping of the equipment can be carried out by means of computer operation.
Data collection can be conducted with fast speed and high accuracy and the functions of error indication and fault resolution are provided.
Various data processing functions including deletion, modification, storage, copy, transmission, and printing.
Voice prompt is attached during test process, including the hints of sample placing, sample taking, test conducting, test ending, keypad tone, and prompt of power on/off; moreover, various functions of circuit protection are added.
Color LCD touch screen displays data clearly and visually. The consulting of files or documentation is supported so that users can check the state's standards on coal quality test and the related data and test procedure, or copy and transmit files with U-Disk.
The furnace body is made from imported material.
The apparatus adopts a integrated structure with beatiful appearance and convient maintenance.
Additional Functions of Test:
During the tests of "Slow Ashing", "Fast Ashing", "Caking", "Volatiles", "Optional" and "Measurement", click "Monitor" button to enter the interface of system inspection automatically, on which the cold junction compensation temperature of the thermocouple, the heating power of the load, fluctuation of the mains voltage and heating current of the load can be monitored at real time. When the function is selected, the on-going test will not be closed.
During "Volatiles" test, click "Curve" button after sample is placed to enter the interface of volatiles 7-min curve diagram, on which the whole recovery curve diagram of holding at 900±10ºC for 7 minutes (including 3min recovery) can be made. Carry out comparision between tests through the curve diagram to draw conclusion and the repeated tests are not required any more; whether coal sample is deflagrated during recovery and other accidental rapid change of the temperature can also be observed through this curve diagram.
